A Customer Experience Agency

We’re Redonk. We create meaningful experiences that build brands, deepen relationships and grow businesses.

When did agencies get so ridiculous? When did they start promoting their own agenda instead of the customer’s? And more importantly, when did they start caring more about accolades than increasing their clients’ revenue?

We're on a mission to do away with the buffoonery running rampant in today’s agencies. To focus on doing what’s right for your customer (which just so happens to be what’s right for your business).

Because when you boil it down, creating great customer experiences is what gets customers to buy more, keeps them loyal and makes you look like a rock star.

We’re a reaction against the ridiculous and we’re here to make a difference.

What We Believe

Agencies should be small.

Think about every organization you've ever known. Three guys shoveling, seven more standing around watching. You pay enough salaries. Why buy an account manager's trip to the day spa?

It's about the people.

Everything — advertising, sales, working relationships, even the decision to buy a stick of gum — revolves around human interaction. That's true for your customers and it's true for our relationship with our clients.

Clients aren't dumb.

In fact, when it comes to your business, you're a lot smarter than we are. We understand you just want to work with someone who will help you do better — and who won't treat you like a speed bump in some "creative process."

Leaner is better.

We're lean by choice – we're not everything to everyone and we love it. But we're incredibly responsive and effective with clients we're passionate about. We're a better agency for the right client.
