I\u2019m from <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Overland_Park,_Kansas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Overland Park, Kansas <\/a>and moved here for the jobs but stayed here for a guy (the guy!), the bigger city, the food, and the weather (although I admit I miss fall and the occasional snow storm).<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s a little bit more about me:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favorite beer or wine?\u00a0 <\/strong>Probably<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Tank 7 from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boulevard.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Boulevard Brewing Company<\/a>. \u201cChampagne-y beers\u201d are my fave.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favorite vacation spot?<\/strong> Our family favorite is Rosemary Beach in Florida, we go every summer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Best TV show of all time? <\/strong>We don\u2019t really watch shows, but the TV is on quite a bit for sports.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favorite movie?\u00a0<\/strong>I\u2019m not a big movie person, so instead, I will tell you my favorite book, which unfortunately is not a movie \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Fall-Your-Knees-Oprahs-Book\/dp\/0743237188\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fall On Your Knees<\/a> by Ann-Marie MacDonald. Highly recommend, but not for the faint of heart.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I need a restaurant recommendation, where should I go?\u00a0<\/strong>There are so many great places to eat around here I would respond with lots of follow up questions in order to point you in the right direction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ve committed a serious crime like putting dirty dishes in the sink and are sentenced to death. What would your last meal be?\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0This is going to sound kind of lame, but I\u2019d go to Chuy\u2019s and order a New Mexican Martini, eat a meal\u2019s worth of chips and salsa, and get something simple like a tostada and taco.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you could have dinner with 3 people, living or dead, who would you dine with?\u00a0<\/strong>Family is super important to me, and I never got a chance to meet three of my four grandparents. So I\u2019d pick them (hopefully they\u2019d all get along).<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do you drink your coffee? <\/strong>My husband and I are kind of coffee snobs, we have a number of different means to making coffee in our house but one thing that\u2019s consistent is we drink it black using really good beans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you could do one thing other than work for Redonk, what would it be?\u00a0<\/strong>Something in hospitality and event planning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favorite concert you\u2019ve been to?\u00a0<\/strong>I used to go to shows and concerts much more frequently pre-kiddos. One of my favorite show memories was when we saw Vampire Weekend at House of Blues and it was basically a giant dance party where I could sing along to every song and just cut loose.
